If it's not carrying lots of ladders on top of vehicles to a garbage truck that is losing it load, we see it all. Just those two examples alone could result in serious injury by a vehicle that is following close behind. But just to be clear, the ladders could fall and the car following swerves or does some other defensive move, but crashes anyway. The vehicle following the garbage truck skids on the wet and soggy materials that was continuously falling out the back of the truck.
